PROGRAMME CHANGES

​

Programmes typically follow a 4-8 week block, depending on your goals. Changes are carefully considered to keep your programme interesting and challenging, whilst remaining goal focussed. Alongside the programme you will receive nutritional support, including calorie targets and macronutrient breakdown, alongside additional lifetsyle guidance to help maximise results.

WEEKLY CHECK IN

​

When working remotely accountability is key to ensuring consistency and achieving results,   With online training you will check back in with me every week and let me know how you got on with your weeks training, diet and lifestyle. This is where we can discuss whether there’s anything you like or dislike and we can adjust your programme accordingly.

PHONE / VIDEO CALLS

​

Just like in person trianing, when you sign up to monthly plans you get unlimited support. With online training you will also be entitled to a 20 minute phone call or Zoom call which we can book in at the start of every week when it suits you. This again will help with accountability and it will help me to make sure your programme and nutrition is working for you.

Sessions typically last 45 - 60 mins and are ideally suited to individuals, couples, or small groups (max 4).

Having worked as an Architect for many years, and having two small kids of my own, I am particulalry well positioned to help busy parents regain and surpass the fitness of their youth. With additional certification in 'behavioural change coaching, nutrition and weight management, functional training and kettlebell instruction  - to name a few - I am able to help you reach your health and fitness goals whatever your current level of fitness.
