Too often people find themselves going to the gym and just making it up as they go along, or following a random workout they found online and then wondering why they struggle to stay consistent or see the results they want.

A structured, personalised programme and someone to give you that extra push and stay accountable to is often all that's needed. No 'fad' diets and quick fixes, just simple science backed programming and nutritional advice. Afterall, the principles of weight loss and muscle gain are simple, yet can be so difficult to achieve. But remember, 'simple' doesn't mean 'easy'.

Just like in-person training, everything is designed for you. I work with your busy schedule, and provide a personalized program built for your goals, detailed instruction for each exercise, feedback on your form and encouragement on when to push yourself to lift heavier.

Fully online training is ideal if you live remotely, have a very busy schedule and need training that fits in around you. It's also ideal for people who are already familliar with exercise and are looking for a bit more structure and accountability, but don't require the immediate feedback on form and technique that in person training offers. You’ll still get my full attention and all the tools you need to achieve your goals.

Hybrid Training

 

Hybrid training is suited to anyone living local to Ayr, who will benefit from the addition of in person training. This can help with accountability as well as provide crucial feedback on form and technique to ensure you are working efficiently and at the right intensity. You’ll also benefit from the opportunity to ask any questions and discuss your progress face to face.
