Private one-to-one sessions are popular for people who are new to the gym because there is absolutely no pressure to 'know what you are doing' as your trainer is on hand to ensure you are doing exercises effectively. There's no one watching or waiting for you to complete an exercise, so you work at your own pace with full support.

This personalised approach adds a layer of flexibility to each session and your overall programme, meaning I can completely cater each training block to what you need to work on.

​

This kind of structure is also ideal for more experienced gym goers  who are looking for a customised fitness plan.  This tailored approach is designed to deliver the best possible results with all the tools necessary to maximise your body's true potential.

 

It's also a good option if you need a specific, more fcoussed plan for an upcoming event;  such as shredding down for a holiday. I can create plans based around your deadline with full support allowing us to take a holistic approach to address exercise, nutrition and lifestyle to maximise results.

You can choose a plan to suit what works for you. Paying for individual sessions is perfect for those who want to dip in and out of personal training, for example, if you can’t commit to a more structured plan. You’ll still get my full attention and I’ll give you the tools you need to walk away and be able to practice on your own.

Monthly Plans

​

Monthly plans are the perfect choice if you want to see better results in the long-term. You can sign up for one, two or three months and will benefit from a structured, progressive plan. People tend to notice better progression with monthly plans because it commits them to turning up! You’ll also benefit from nutrition guidance and ‘out of session’ support if you have any questions.
