One-to-two training sessions are ideal for couples who want to train together, or people who enjoy the motivation that comes from training with a friend.  It is also suited to people who lack confidence in the gym, as having someone you know with you can help you feel more comfortable and make the session more fun. It also helps to motivate you to work hard, as having someone with you pushes you to finish that last rep - maybe even bringing out a bit of fun competition.

I would recommend this type of training to people who have similar goals to their friend / partner and want to motivate each other and have someone to keep you accountable at all times. This can be especially useful if you are wanting to lose fat and build muscle, as you can help each other with other areas outside the gym - like lifestyle and nutrition.

1-2 training is a great option for those who love to train with like-minded people to achieve serious results, with additional support, motivation and accountability. No excuses!

You can choose a plan to suit what works for you. Paying for individual sessions is perfect for those who want to dip in and out of personal training, for example, if you can’t commit to a more structured plan. You’ll still get my full attention and I’ll give you the tools you need to walk away and be able to practice on your own.

Monthly Plans

​

Monthly plans are the perfect choice if you want to see better results in the long-term. You can sign up for one, two or three months and will benefit from a structured, progressive plan. People tend to notice better progression with monthly plans because it commits them to turning up! You’ll also benefit from nutrition guidance and ‘out of session’ support if you have any questions.
