Small group training offers exercise sessions to 3 - 4 people, so you still benefit from individual focus and attention (that you don't get with classes or bootcamps).
In group training we utilise hard sets with short rest, with sessions typicaly following a circuit based training approach - focussing on strength and endurance training.

This type of training is great because everyone encourages each other to push themselves to finish the workout. Another reason that people love group training is that you will really cut down on costs. So if you have some friends or family who fancy losing weight or gaining muscle, why not group together and save yourselves money.

My group training is is designed for people who want to be the best they can be and push others to do the same. Nothing is left on the table, with all the support you need to push beyond what you thought you were capable of and have fun along the way.

You can choose a plan to suit what works for you. Paying for individual sessions is perfect for those who want to dip in and out of personal training, for example, if you can’t commit to a more structured plan. You’ll still get my full attention and I’ll give you the tools you need to walk away and be able to practice on your own.

Monthly Plans
​
Monthly plans are the perfect choice if you want to see better results in the long-term. You can sign up for one, two or three months and will benefit from a structured, progressive plan. People tend to notice better progression with monthly plans because it commits them to turning up! You’ll also benefit from nutrition guidance and ‘out of session’ support if you have any questions.
